Hi, I’m Weronika
I’m a London-based design researcher and service designer helping organisations solve complex challenges and create user-centred services.
I uncover the 'what', 'why', and 'how' of human behaviour and stakeholder dynamics, turning insights into strategies that inform design, spark dialogue, broaden perspectives, and drive lasting change.
I currently work as a Design Researcher at TPXimpact.
Some clients I worked with
Drawing from my background in law and innovation design, I bring a unique skill set in user and design research, deeply rooted in context—including policy
Embracing ambiguity and driven by a passion for creative problem-solving, I transitioned into Human-Centred Design as a design researcher and service designer. My diverse background—as an IP lawyer, journalist, and lead researcher in a social/legal think tank—has equipped me with the confidence to navigate complex insights and deliver creative, effective solutions. The common thread across my career is a commitment to social innovation and collaboration, where I thrive in multidisciplinary environments.
Since moving to London five years ago, I’ve focused on developing socially impactful products and services. In addition to my law degree, I completed an MA in Narrative Environments (specialising in Service Design and Public Engagement) at Central Saint Martins and a UX Design Bootcamp at BrainStation. Along the way, I’ve had the pleasure of working with creative studios such as Barker Langham, this great adventure ltd., MAKE @ Story Garden, and currently, TPXImpact.
I collect moments and inspiration by exploring art, diverse cultures, and nature—always off the beaten path. I’m curious about exploring different forms of circular economy and community engagement, seeking new ways to be part of the movement towards sustainability and shared impact
